Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays.

We currently only ship to the United States. We are hoping to expand our shipping to international in the future!

International Orders and Shipping

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipment reaches your country. Also, international shipping does take an increased amount of time to be delivered, so please allow up to 21 business days for your package to arrive.

• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• You, the recipient, are responsible for paying any additional charges imposed by customs.
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about these charges. Their website or a phone call should provide details on what to expect.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
• We cannot predict the amount of these charges and cannot offer advice on specific rates or duties.
• If any customer rejects the package due to the custom charges and the package is returned to us we will NOT refund any customer their shipping cost and additional restocking fees may apply. 
• We are not responsible for any restrictions or regulations that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
