Refund policy

We have a NO return policy for all orders, which means once the order is shipped there will be NO returns of the product. 

 

Damages and issues

Melted candy is NOT a damage claim. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you can, please include a picture of the damaged item. Refunds will be given on a case-to-case basis, once the issue is evaluated by our team.  **MELTED CANDY IS NOT A DAMAGE CLAIM**

Refunds will be given on a case-to-case basis, once the issue is evaluated by our team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MELTED CANDY**

All shirt sales are final. Refunds for shirts will only be given for product damaged during transit or if the wrong item is sent. 


Incorrect Shipping Address

When creating a shipping label, USPS and UPS are able to detect an incorrect address. When this happens we will immediately contact you via email. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours we will cancel your order and issue you a FULL refund.


If your package is returned to us

Sometimes USPS and UPS do not detect an incorrect address, and we ship the package out anyway (unaware that the address is wrong). When this happens the package is returned to us because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package. When the package is returned to us, we will refund the customer for any items that can be restocked. Understand that the cost for shipping will not be refunded. If the customer would still like for their package to be shipped to the correct address, the customer will have to pay for those shipping costs.


Cancelling your order 

Order cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If a cancellation is approved, a 5% restocking and credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
