Lost, Stolen, or Missing Package Policy
At RainbowLand Candy Co, every package we ship includes shipping insurance for your protection.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Please first check with household members, neighbors, the leasing office, or the mailbox (if applicable).
- Allow 48 hours after the delivery scan — in many cases, carriers mark a package delivered before it actually arrives.
What to do if you still can’t find your package:
We insure every order we ship. However, the company that insures our packages requires a waiting period before a claim can be filed.
We are required to wait 20 days from the ship date before filing an insurance claim for your package.
Once the 20-day waiting period has passed, we will:

File the insurance claim.

Send you (the customer) a required claim form to complete.

Once the claim is completed and approved, you (the customer) can choose:

A full refund, OR
- A replacement package shipped at no cost.
If you do not want to wait the 20 days:
You can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. In that case, the carrier will handle the investigation and resolution. If you choose to file the claim yourself, we will no longer be able to assist you with filing a claim.
